Sony launched its Trade in Offer at the end of April 2010, as part of the Sony Trade in offer you will be able to trade-in your old electronic goods that don't even have to be working, in exchange for money off the latest Sony products, such as Sony Bravia TVs, Blu-Ray Players and digital cameras.
The Sony trade-in offer will be available at selected stores, including: Comet, Currys, John Lewis, Tesco, Sony Centre and a selection of other Sony approved retailers. Sony's money off discounts are to include from a Sony Bravia TV and up to £50 of a Sony Blu-Ray player, as well as others.
The Sony trade in offer will offer consumers a chance to upgrade their AV equipment for the world cup and the offer will expire on 11th July 2010 when the World Cup final is held.
Sony UK commercial director Andy Benson commented that "We understand that consumers will undoubtedly want to upgrade their kit as they gear up for the World Cup this Summer, but cost is still an issue for most of us coming out of the recession. This campaign is not only timely in helping people take their entertainment to the next level, it is also a good way to encourage the responsible disposal of old technology. We've extended the promotion to include a wide range of products, so I'd recommend checking what's in store to see what's on offer"
The fantastic offer includes Sony LED TVs such as the £150 of KDL-52NX803, KDL-46NX703, KDL-46HX703, KDL-46HX803 as well as 46", 52" and 60 inch EX series TVs or £100 of Sony 40" EX603/EX703 models and 40HX703, 40HX803, 40NX703 and 40NX503 HDTV sets. Whilst Sony's 32" and 37" sets, Blu-ray players and home cinema systems will receive up to £50 off.
